Sold Sega Megadrive 2 & Mega-CD 2

Hi all, in my pursuit of a megacd i purchased one from ebay but it didn't come with the metal fixing plate, then luck would have it a local auction came up and i managed to grab another complete with plate. So now i have the original machine i purchased for sale.

So you will get the MegaDrive 2 & Mega-CD 2 machine (No Metal Fixing Plate), two official Sega PSU, RGB Scart Cable, 2x controllers, Sega Mega CD Classics Compilation game, World Cup Italia 90 game (Cartridge only) & Mega Games 3 (cartridge boxed but no manual).

I have installed switches on the back of the Megadrive for 50/60hz & Jap/Eng but since i have no label maker they are unlabeled. I also modified to console so it would sync to my Samsung TV but it still works with all other models of TV i have in the house (Toshiba, LG) as it did before. I have also changed the red LED to Blue.

The Mega-CD 2 is a UK Pal model and displays an error if the switches are set to Jap or 60Hz. Just flick the switches to Eng & 50hz, reset the machine and all is good again.

The first two pics show the difference between 50hz & 60hz. 60Hz runs faster and fills the screen as opposed to the 50hz which is slower and has a top & bottom border.
