Set (or change) default Disk icons

Hey all,

I've been changing around my CWB3.1 System icons to ones I find a little more to my taste.

What I can't seem to find though, is how to change the default CDRom or CDDA icons - they just show as the System's default "disk.info" icon, which is obviously a Floppy-type icon.

Any ideas how this is set?

Oh yes. I know exactly where all these default Icons reside and I have been changing a few of them.

But the problem I have is with the CD Icon and AllegroCDFS - nothing I set, however I name it, makes the CD drive appear as anything other than the System Default for "disk.device" which, as I said, is of a floppy disk.

Anyone else have problems with AllegroCDFS and their default CD icon?

do you tried WB program icon edit ? to change this icon !!???

Hmmm, that's strange.

The AllegroCDFS program installs an icon into Envarc: (not Envarc:Sys like all of the other "def_" icon files) called def_ISOCDDAdisk.info which is supposed to be used to chose the correct disk icon, if I'm reading the manual correctly, but it still has no effect - it just shows the default 'disk.info' icon when a CD in inserted...

Not yet no, but I thought the install was supposed to do this automatically and, as I've said, I checked it and all is installed as it should be...
