Two weeks passed and nothing received yet. Usually stuff from Italy arrives within a week, but still crossing my fingers.. Otherwise it looks like this one could be lost. :(

I opted for no tracking though and since I have no reason to expect that the seller did not actually ship it, it will be my own loss if it is lost. I have bought quite a lot of stuff through the years and this would be my first lost package then, so overall it has paid off significantly to avoid expensive tracking on the cheaper stuff.

Yes, I will wait and see if anything happens. If it arrives then great, otherwise it's only a minor loss, so I won't lose any sleep over it. :)
 
It turns out that the postman might just have fallen asleep somewhere and someone reading this thread might have poked him to wake him up. I don't know, but anyway the package was in my postbox last night. :)

Will leave some FB soon.

That's normal for Italian Post. I've opted for tracking just to see what happens. It takes them about two days to move a package from one city to the other, as they always did with my packages coming from Italy. Usually, it takes about 3 cities before the package leaves the country so my SwinSIDs should arrive in the next 5 days. Lately, the packages from China/HK are arriving in about the same time frame. :)

I know he did. I'm just saying it's normal for Italian Post to be so slow, that's all.

For my experience delivery in europe takes 1 or 2 week .... It can happen that some parcels takes more specially under Christmas, the summer etc...

To confirm what I say I've just seen your parcel status .... shipped the 16th of august from al little town on mountains (I were on holidays there) ... sent abroad the 19th august ... 3 days ... not so bad ... now the delivery time depends from the Croatian post service.

I'm interested in 8 of the swinSID nanos (have wanted to make a MidiBox SID for years and finally have the cash to do it :D) - how much would p&p to the US be for 8? Thanks!
