For sale New-old-stock 82S100 PLA Chips. Not tested, don't have the right equipment.

Quantity available: 13 pieces.
Asking price is: 50 euro for the complete lot ( was 10 euro for 1 piece) + shipping
Shipping costs about 15/18 euro with UPS/DHL to most European countries. Please notice that the chips will be packed in order to take little space, plastic stick containing them will not be provided due to shipping tariffs for bigger boxes.

Can you guarantee they are blank: never programmed before?
They can be programmed only 1 time...

Honestly I have no means for testing that they have not been programmed before, however due to being in mint condition, with no signs of usage, also since they came in the original packaging, I presume the chips have never been used before.
