there is no flashcard with SuperFX support yet... ikari_01 is working in implementing it to the SD2SNES cart but that will take a couple of months....

Indeed you can, there is a list of most of the DSP enabled games on Wikipedia. DSP-1 being the most common.

As for the DSP installation I have never done it myself, although I did see some sort of step-by-step tutorial somewhere...
