We didn't get quite that much snow here, but uh, week before last, we had a solid week of 20s (with a high of 26c on the Thursday), followed by some flurries and sub-zero temperatures the next week.
A solid week of 20s in March is NOT normal Toronto weather AT ALL, and it flipped over from June weather to March between one day and the next.
Normally it's about 2c with freezing rain/raining freeze/sleet/hail/anything not light and fluffy or proper rain.
Also we haven't had any real snow accumulation this year at all. Anything that's fallen has melted almost right away. A very strange, mild winter.
