I saw some bumble bees and a butterfly today. No snow whatsoever. Did we swap climate because of some EU treaty?

old Polish proverb;
"Kwiecien, plecien, wciaz przeplata, troche zimny, troche lata"
"April weaves a dappled pleat, a little cold, a little heat"

;)

Lovely and sunny down in Kent chaps! :D

It had better not snow here, I've only just managed to get my new lawn sprouting! Will be livid if some cold weather kills it off...

Lucky me, I'll be in a caravan over the next week, just in time for a lovely spot of snow

as do I, otherwise I'll be changing my from Michael to Michelle

Snowing in April !!!

Snowing in April !!!

Eh? Snowing and Windy!

What make me laugh about England is that if there is 5 inches of snow then they stop working :lol:

IF I remember correctly....8 Months ago....American had Snow Storm and they had 32 INCHES of Snow......I can understand if they stop working because of it but they had to work to get rid all that Snow!

Yeah, but I'll take any excuse I can to stop working :p

Unfortunately, most snow I've seen in recent years is like 2cm, even my mr2 handles such a treacherous condition with ease, foi;ling my plan for a nice Snow Day off work

We didn't get quite that much snow here, but uh, week before last, we had a solid week of 20s (with a high of 26c on the Thursday), followed by some flurries and sub-zero temperatures the next week.

A solid week of 20s in March is NOT normal Toronto weather AT ALL, and it flipped over from June weather to March between one day and the next.

Normally it's about 2c with freezing rain/raining freeze/sleet/hail/anything not light and fluffy or proper rain.

Also we haven't had any real snow accumulation this year at all. Anything that's fallen has melted almost right away. A very strange, mild winter.

Its a real crap shoot here in Alberta, On Saturday night/Sunday, we got a dump of about 10-15 cm, the day before. +10 C. Yesterday, +17 C and a snowfall warning of up to 25 CM for the area south of us. Luckily, (looking out the window) either it has all melted by now or it missed us completely.
Blizzard one day, Suntaning the next. Defiantly not normal spring weather here either.

We got about a 5 CM dump last night and it was up to 5 C today. Right now its just slushy soup outside. Had to walk to work and the walks are slipperier than all heck.

Argrr! Thats the worst part of snow...when its no longer snow and you get weeks of slush and ice :(

Living on the south coast we hardly ever get snow, while the rest of the country enjoys/moans about it.

While you were all getting snow, we were driving around in our convertible with the roof down, enjoying hot weather and walking along the sandy beach of West Wittering. Lovely. ;)

No snow here, been rather warm... Bit chilly again though the last few days.

The weather man said other day that it going be 8 inches of Snow on way this weekend and I hope he is telling PORKIE :D

I want my snow damnit

Last time it snowed decent a couple of years ago, I was in Australia so I missed it :(

I need a good snow day/week off work
