Solution for external Flicker fixer?

heres cosmicfrogs cable
i never used resistors as it did not seem to make a differnce
i soldered the adapter cable straight to the 23 pin socket
i used some multicore sheath after removing the wire from it an looks ok or you could use some heat shrink
i have 5 23pin sockets with enclosures
say £2.50 plus pp back when done just to cover above socket and cover
so far peeps who want a cable made

Last Question: Is this a really workable everyday solution? Or more a proof of concept that you really wouldn't want to use all the time?
I know in the thread @ A1k they mentioned it wasn't as good as an indivision, but does it compare favorably to other external Amiga specific scandoubler/flickerfixers?

I have here only the possibility to compare the GBS8220 with a Scandy1200 and a DCE Scanmagic. Both Scandoubler loosing against the GBS when using a LCD display and the GBS is a Flickerfixer also!

I went a head and ordered one last night.
I have several LCD tv's and monitors so I am looking forward to removing the heavy 14 inch RGB CRT off my desk and replacing it with a much more compact LCD.
The cable arrived cheers john. Now ive got some display problems i wonder if anyone can help me out with them.
The first is when i get it on my pc monitor i get a permanent colour corruption at the bottom of the screen and what i describe as a snowy effect. I made a recording using my stills camera to show this (i will link it when its uploaded).
Also it constantly jumps a little like 1 pixel worth every now and then, again i recorded this as it's easier to show than explain.
Any ideas get them posted please!

I received my board yesterday and noticed similar interference.
I have noticed that sometimes pulling the power to the board for a few seconds and plugging it back in fixes the noise at the bottom of the picture. Other times the Amiga has to be powered off and back on.
As far as for the shifting pixels, I also get this. I haven't been able to fix this either. Its almost like the unit is trying to resync the signal or auto adjust it so it results in this jumpiness to the screen.

I finally found the menu in english and stretched the pic out so it fills the screen but ive still got the snowy type effect when there is black backgrounds. Any ideas on how to shift this? what resolution is everyone else using? Also could this be down to the monitor? I think i will try it on my lcd tv tomorrow and see if its the same.
