Filled Sony BVM D14H5E presumed PSU fault

small update,i have changed the fan in the sdi card,as the bearings are shot,it sounds like a old 80's harddrive spinning when its on you can still hear from outside the room with the door shut
i didnt change it becuase it was just noisy,there is more to it than that

yes,i realise the owner didnt care about the noise,but he can thank me later

whats even more bizzare is the fault that was mentioned didnt do it the whole timeit was here untill the day you came to get it,then it played up
