Speed Mouse Amiga 1200??

I use a Speed Mouse on my Amiga 500 and recently now an Amiga 1200. Problem is, it doesn't work on my Amiga 1200.

Question is, should it work?

If it works on the A500 it should work on the A1200. Do other Amiga mice work on your A1200?

All Amiga are considered equal when it come to a mouse. If it works on one, it should work on all models.
