I see you're in Oz. Try UTSOURCE. I just had a look and they're quoting US$2 each for 10+ TMM41256AP-10 ... same chip, just able to handle faster speed. They also have the 15 listed on there but no price. Ask them for a quote. I've bought a few things from them in the past and they're always better packaged than the things I get from AliExpress.
