Closed Static Column ZIP RAM for A3000

Looking for genuine static column RAM 4Mx1 chips that work with A3000D burst mode enabled.

Lower speed is not a problem (can be 80ns chips).

Specifically looking for 514402 chips from Hitachi or Toshiba ( HM514402AZ or TC514402AZ ), and up to 24 chips (12MB) since I have 4MB of this type already.

Unfortunately I have not been successful with UTSource. I ordered 50 chips to them, and ALL of them were mislabeled (they were Page ram, not static column).
