After two weeks with iPad Mini 2 I can tell that I've been very glad with it. The UI is very responsive and the display is a delight to look at. Also the iPad doesn't seem to use the battery at all, when not in use.
The Nexus has found a new home. It served me well for almost three years, or until the Lollipop arrived. It'll be interesting to see how things will turn out with the iPad. I have a three year extended warranty for it, so I should be well covered.
