I’d be interested to know if you discover any incompatibilities with your new DMAC04. I found for instance that a GoldenGate 486SLC/2 doesn’t work properly with a 04 as the scsi bus stops working. I wonder if you’ll find any issues too?

Golden Gates are a headache, that is my experience anyways, perhaps you will fair better... Be happy with the DMAC . I bought my DMAC04's from the factory right after I bought my A3000. Pretty cool that they offered that back in the day.

Will let you know. But I don’t have a Golden Gate yet

GG will work, but you have to copy the installation to ram first and then launch from there. And afterwards because the scsi bus is blocked, you can’t file copy from Amiga to pc or back again whilst the board is running which makes xfering your stuff a challenge.
