Hey everyone, new project is on its way and need some stuff for it. I list the preferred components but only need either of them.

Mobo:
Fic VA-503+ - Bought from Core2Udo
Gigabyte GA-5AA - Not needed anymore
Asus P5A-B - Not needed anymore

Cpu:
Amd K6-III 450 Mhz (prefably AFX)
Amd K6-III+ 500 Mhz

Ram:
2x 128 mb pc-100 (Kingston, 2 "identical" modules)

Gpu:
Voodoo Banshee (purchased locally)
Voodoo 3 2000 (purchased from G1nX)
Geforce 256 DDR (rebranded version np)

Sound card:
Awe 64

Keyboard:
DIN keyboard (friend had one lying around catching dust)

PSU:
Ss7 compatible PSU (purchased locally)

Is the ASUS ATX possible, too? So let me have a look tomorrow, I might have the RAM and the GPU...

Just a hint on the CPU: If it does not HAVE to say "450" or "500" on the heat spreader, ask or look for the K6-III 400 ATZ.
Those used to sell NOS for a dime a dozen, for some weird reason.
And apparently, they're quite "flexible" because they were mass produced for the b2b market in a late stage when yield was trivial actual rating less important, so they simply labeled them all 400s.
AMD war also very cautious not to spoil the retail market for the new Athlon in those days, so the chips were literally "underrated".
Nameplate says 1,6 V so you're probably going to overvolt it quite a bit anyway, default was 2,2 V, rarely a S7 Mobo that offers below 2, I think.

Congratulations on finding that FIC board, that's supposed to be a truly good one that still eludes me. Btw:

Tnx for the heads up on that. FIC kept good records, so does asus btw (dled numerous manuels my s7 boards including bios updates)
 
Motherboard recieved, working like a charm!

Close please. Project is shelved for now.
