Wanted Surf Squirrel

I would like to find a Surf Squirrel, the PCMCIA to whatever size adapter it is for the purpose of using my A1200 with a CD-ROM. I had one in the past but unfortunately someone in the house tossed it.

I don't think that's the one I want and already said yes to another person's offer, but what's that one look like? It could be something I'm interested in, not sure.
