Switchless Region Free Megadrive Mod trouble

Hi!

I have an MDII here which has the switchless region free mod, it's not one of the ones I have been selling recently but one I had modded by a friend before that project.

It seems to work, I can cycle through the modes and the LED changes red/orange/green but only the NTSC modes are displayed on my TV, the PAL mode gives only sound, no picture :dry:

Is anyone familiar with this issue? Anyone have a similar problem or know the cause.

Otherwise it works perfectly.

I'm using an RGB-Scart cable of course (which works just fine with my other modded MDII's) but I have also tried AV leads.

One of those horrid small wire hook ups has come away or not making good contact with the track buddy...
