Hi guys i dont know if you all know

but i had an email today to say tapatalk4 is now free

This is currently in beta though, so that might change once Tapatalk HD is merged with the final version of 4

Also remember this won't work on older devices. Anything running android 2.3 or older will need to use the older version.
