Tech question please?

Hello to all,
Quick question please
I have a pal amiga 500 1.3 kick

...and an pal a500+ 2mb with gvphd8+ with about a 2gig drive, has 8mb ram in the gvp
Kick 2.0

I want to try for the first time running ntsc software on my amiga
want to see 60hz running and full screen usage

Now I collect and repair arcade stuff, have modded all the usual consoles
i buy usa consoles a lot to get the real deal

finding a 500 ntsc machine seems impossible
so here’s my thinking
mod a 500 with another crystal and create a switch to select which crystal maybe?
i can burn roms
but what’s the best way of doing this?
i would make it all reversible and hidden
just want the option

your thoughts and advice please
have you done it

Can't you just boot into early startup on the A500+ and toggle NTSC from there? If you have WHDLoad you can also force most games into NTSC with a tooltype but a lot of them will break/go too fast if they are PAL versions.

is there an adf of degrader
or only a hard disk file?
