Miru I know you have stated that your PM’s are not working but can you put updates in the thread on who is first in line

I believe it to be me but I don’t know if Niezgodka may of contacted you via PM In your 48 hrs time limit?

Im still interested in this card

—-update—-

havent heard from agima. Next in line pm me. 48 hours please then its next in line.

So I emailed the Seller due to the PM issue asking for confirmation of 1st inline and got an reply stating I was first in line and then I got another stating that agmia has just pm’d him and he is back in talks with him so I’m confused  considering he is no longer inline for the card.

I’ve noticed there is a price change is this an extra option for 128mb upgrade or is this now the only option?

Agima emailed me stating he couldnt send me a PM. Price was adapted as this card does not have the same issues as the first (if you connect an active SCSI terminator to its external scsi connector it boots without a guru). Now if the first card needed the same I dont know as I never tried. Still recommend recapping for the new owner.
everyone pm me again as the pm function works again !

Payment sent for card and drop off to my friend in Switzerland

thanks Miru

Payment had to be returned as paypal only accepts shipping not dropping off. Drop off at a friends place of Tim in Switzerland and payment by cash is certainly an option.

Yes can confirm payment has been refunded sorting out another method of payment with Miru and hopefully drop off at my friend place on Thursday

I feel like I was play out :(

unfortunately you left it for over 3 days and the seller moved on. Even if the pm wasn’t working the seller would have received a blank pm from you and you could have posted in the last 3 days your intention in this thread but no response.

if you declare in an item it’s your responsibility to monitor the thread as we have a strict 24hr policy.

you should have posted in this thread.

Tekmagic has arrived but I have a weird issue with the SCSI, It gives an error on initial boot with the option to resume which when clicked gives the same error just a different unit number and I seem to have to click through all the units. This is with or without a SCSI HDD connected.
Once I have got through them all I get the Amiga boot screen. Also holding the two mouse buttons doesn't work until I get passed all these errors but when in the Amiga boot menu card is indicated as working.

I've tested this in 3 different A2000 and they all display the same error (a2000 with no other Zorro cards attached also get the same error).

I've set the SCSI terminator jumper to on and off but same error whatever way it is set.

I've run it along side my Buddha to get me into an OS and the card seems to be working in all other aspects i.e. CPU FPU & MMU detected Ram displayed it's just the SCSI side which is not working.

I've PM'd Miru to see if he has seen this before or if he knows what I may be doing wrong but was wondering if anybody else may of had this issue?

It's really frustrating because has I said the card is rock solid with everything else.

I have a plan in place for more diagnosis:

1. One of my pals is sending me a SCSI terminator to "Clean" the SCSI Bus has he put it.
2. I've ordered some 27C512 eproms to make some new boot ROMs to rule them out.
3. If all of the above does not work will look to replace the onboard SCSI Controller NCR 53C710 IC.

Anyone got any other ideas please fire them my way

Thanks to all that read this

I don't have an issue with mine and no drive... And I'm using a buddha also. Interesting...
