They are 64MB. I can upgrade them to 128MB but would need to order/fit the ram. The ram chips cost ~15 CHF each at digikey (https://www.digikey.ch/en/products/detail/alliance-memory-inc/AS4C32M16SB-6TIN/6716555) and I can fit them for free, two chips per board. So that would be 320CHF (two working boards upgraded) or 350CHF (all three boards upgraded).

After long considering I would like to take that option, if you could test them successfully at least at 94Mhz - better 100
