I haven't updated the firmware yet but @alenppc what kind of drive speeds are possible now with the IDE improvements?
Just a quick question... does the socket for the 060 support any active coolers? Or any recommendations for low-profile active coolers that could work with this in a limited space (thinking A3000D)?
Thanks!
I bought similar from AliExpress, have used them on BFG9060's before. Have to get a connector onto the end of these, fiddly work.I used this one (ADDA AP3505HX-J70-LF) in my 16 MHz Amiga 3000. It is stable at 100MHz with a Rev 6 and this heatsink
Onboard SCSI works, even at 100MHz.
That's promising! I have an A3000D and I've been scared to overclock because of the poor internal airflow.I used this one (ADDA AP3505HX-J70-LF) in my 16 MHz Amiga 3000. It is stable at 100MHz with a Rev 6 and this heatsink

What do you recommend using for a thermal adhesive to stick the cooler to the 060?I used this one (ADDA AP3505HX-J70-LF) in my 16 MHz Amiga 3000. It is stable at 100MHz with a Rev 6 and this heatsink
