This is making less and less sense every day... There is absolutely no consistency, I don't understand how this works at all! But I am happy it worked out.

You might get a letter from UPS or the carrier in around a month with a bill. I bought a TBC IV from a Canadian seller and was charged no tariff …. Until the letter came. It was 10$ so I went online and paid it. But the letter said it was overdue and late fees applied. Didn’t see any so I’m waiting for the next letter. Yea, this is ridiculous
