Sold The Settlers for PC on Floppy Disc

Another piece of my brother in laws stuff.

Apparently he loved the settlers and purchased this for his PC.

I've tested this by reading all the files off the floppy to the Ram on my 4000D

As far as I can see all contents are present but the Reference Card has got a corner torn off.

No idea what to ask for this. How does £2 + postage at cost sound.
