In fact, you won't be allowed to post any prices for ebay auctions, as it still falls under our price driving rules.

Sure, I know that Dave, but I posted that for people to see that this auction is against the law of eBay either. Copied disk with some installs that anyone can find for free over the internet and this guy is selling it... :thumbsdown:

Perhaps (if the admins are ok) you can post a screen-shot of that auction (maybe put some 'blur' filter on the auction number)...

@xc8

my friend, by placing an item and a price - its price driving, ment or implied - I know that phantom doesn 't mean that but realisitically thats what it is.

Another rule on amibay is the members DONT argue prices of other members sales thread - arguably this is just flame bating and witch hunting, again this is against the rules.

AmiBay, atleast the ethos behind it so unite members the more that there are together the better it is for everyone, traders, sellers and buys all members.

these kinds of threads have no place here, they are disrubtive and only bring a division of cost / worth - thus alienating the community as a whole.

it is by bringing the communities together that activites that phantom points out will stop.

just need a little patience and a lot understanding my friends.

I think this thread is ended, and thus now closed.
