My Thylacine arrived in New Zealand today.
The new Thylacine looks really good and will hopefully get assembled over the weekend.
Positive feedback left.
 
The card arrived here 2 day ago and is now fully assembled.
Just tested it in my 4000/060 and works like a charm with my usb-mouse.
Sadly can not get it to work properly in my 2000/030 yet because it disables port1 of hub.class (gives me a warning when i look in trident).

Positive feedback will be left for this great piece of work...

Rino there are a Amiga Collector from rome who need couple of your card please when you start a new production ask me and i will gave you his telefon number.

Thanks mate, Trident have many options, have you tried to 'play' with it?

If you use a keyboard, you can redefine all keys :)

Please set as default for massstorage.class max transfer to 64kb and save configuration. In this way all pen drive, sd/mmc adapter and external hard drive will work very reliable.

If you intend to use an external HUB, please choose an external powered type.

Hi Gigi, cards are quite all reserved, I think.

However next week PCBs will come to me and I will open a new FOR SALE thread.

I think you have a software problem and/or hardware conflict, but my A2000 is almost full as I have:

GVP IMPACT3001 030@50 882@50 16Mb
Oktagon2008 w/ HD9.1Gb
PicassoII+
A2386 with Cyrix CPU upgrade (CX486SRX2 @ 50) + zip2simm adapter 8Mb
Thylacine USB
SVGA ET4000 1Mb
Sound Blaster compatible

OS3.9
2x29F002 instead EPROM for kick3.1

Please check! It MUST work.

Hmmm, should work then.
I was concerned about my 030 but seeing you also got a GVP 3001 that is not the problem.
The only cards in there are:
GVP 3001/8bm
Macrosystems de-interlace card
GVP HC8-II
A2000 Rev 6.2 (OCS denise)
ClassicWB (fresh install)
Fiddling around with the settings did not make a (positive) difference :(

I might try a catweasel/buddah card instead of the GVP to see if it is interfering with it.

Tried the ide controller but still the same.
Also a powered usb hub did not help.
If i pull the hard disk out of the 2000 and put in the 4000 the usb does work.
Despite better judgment now trying a clean 3.1 install.
If this does not work i shall open a new threat so yours does not get to cluttered.

Do not install Poseidon v3.2 first, but install directly v4.4 without key. I don't know if Buster chip in your A2000 can make a difference. Do you have 1mb chip?

I have an idea: I can try upload somewhere a .lha archive of my Workbench partition, so you can try with it. If doesn't work there is an hardware issue in your A2000 for sure. What do you think?

Tried the direct install of v4.4 and also tried to only install v3.2 but still both with no luck.
I do have 1mb chipmem.
 
The problem is the amount of memory in your A3001. Using a RAM8 card on the back of the accelerator fully populated (8Mb) will occupy all the Zorro2 memory area and no Zorro card will work, then.

The RAM32 add-on card does not use the Zorro2 memory area and permits more than 8Mb, so acquiring one might solve the problem, too.

Reduce the number of RAM to 4Mb (no option for 6Mb, unfortunately) and the USB card will work.

Thanks, sounded like it should be the problem but it sadly does not solve the problem.
I am going to try a known good workbench config now first to rule out the software part.


If it still does not work i think it is best to open a new topic so this one does not get to cluttered, because the card works fine on my 4000.

:( still no luck, must be a hardware conflict with my 2000... will open a new threat soon.
