Tiny attached photos

I thought this post should go in the help forum. But it looks like I can't post there.

When viewing attached pictures in the auction forums, even if I click on them, the pictures stay the size of a postage stamp instead of filling the screen.

Is there a way to fix this?

The forums were down for hours. When they started working again, the photos worked. I didn't change anything. All I did was refresh the browser. I've been having this picture problem for months with different browsers.
