TjLaZer's A600 Repair

I received TjLaZer's A600 motherboard and have replaced the caps, now when it boots, it shows gray screens flashing and growing in brightness and stoppong on the 3rd flash.

Floppy doesn't work, I haven't hooked up a mouse (I don't have the keyboard.)
There was extensive damage around C821,C822,C409,C459,C303,and C304. I looked for and did not find any broken traces, but I might have missed something.

Any suggestions?

Darn, those damn caps! I hope you can fix it. NTSC mobos are hard to find.
