Found TMS44C256-10N TMS44C256 IC Chip DIP-20 or similar for populate A500 (+) motherboard

As for title I need at least 4 (but I'd like to buy 8 or 10 of them) chip ram TMS44C256-10N TMS44C256 IC Chip DIP-20 or similar in order to convert my rev. 8 A500 mobo in a fully A500 Plus motherboard.
