Closed Toad Computers Catalog(s) / Atari ST Book Brochure / C-Lab Promo Material

I've got a few but am looking for variations, especially from 1993. Willing to pay $10 a catalog. Also, does anyone know how early Toad Computers started printing their catalogs and the very last one they printed? The earliest one I have is Spring of 1992.

Also looking for an Atari ST Book brochure (as pictured) and any C-Lab Falcon promo material.
