Toccata sound card, compatible software?

I have a toccata sound card. Friends and I had to learn some German to use it because my only copy of Samplitude was stuck in that language. I think there was an option to change language but I never had an English file.

Anyone have this in English, or know of compatible software for it?

We recorded hours of jam sessions with it in the late 90s and I would like the ability to edit them using my native language in the menus!
