When you delete a photo and upload a new one, is this shown as "last edited x minutes ago"? Or does it apply on the text change only?

I believe it shows as edited regardless to if the poster makes changes to the pictures or text. Right @davideo ?

@Pauli77 The prefix was originally changed to Untested because you didn't state that it was working.

@darefail As far as I know you can only add or change a photo by editing the post.
The audit trail on this thread shows only the one edit where some text was added and photos presumedly changed at the same time.
