I'm guessing the 48 hour service cocked up with customs or its something to do with parcel to go as I was originally quoted 5 - 7 working days dispite choosing a 48 hour service. As I said earlier pre posting, I've never used Parcel2Go before so I dont know what to expect besides what I've seen on these boards from other people who have used them.
