Unijoysticle 2 - This is the version specifically designed to fit an A500 or A1200
It also works on the Commodore 64, Atari and other Amigas but you need a DB9 extension cable because the spacing of the ports is different. On the A500 and A1200 it's plug and play

With this device you can connect 1 or 2 controllers to the Amiga wirelessly via Bluetooth, it supports a lot of different bluetooth controllers
This is the official list (copied from the documentation)
github.com
It even has a mouse emulation mode, switchable directly from the controller itself with a button combination, so you can navigate Workbench using the analog stick and switch to joystick mode when playing a game
On the A500 it needs to be powered from the Micro USB port
On the A1200 the documentation says it works without external power but I haven't confirmed this
If you really want to use it without the external power cable on the A500 (also on the A1200 in case it doesn't work without external power).. there is a way!
It's a simple mod you can do to the motherboard, bypassing a resistor with a short piece of wire, the resistor was probably there for EMI/noise regulations but I'm pretty sure it's not really needed
If you bypass it not only you can use the Unijoysticle without a Micro USB cable but you can still use any other joystick
If you're interested in doing this I can help you locate the resistor on your board
I did it on my A500 and it's pretty convenient, but if you don't want to mess with your Amiga you can just power the Unijoysticle externally without issues
Price: 45€ + shipping
