Sold Unusual/Rare 3dfx Voodoo 1

For sale this 3dfx Voodoo 1 card with a rather unusual input/output ports (VGA, S-Video, DB15). I don't have the right pass-through cable, hence no 3D test was done. Probably it was used for Macintosh machines. Here are some photos of the card:
