Also, is it possible to purchase without the Poseidon license cost as I have no intention of using Poseidon and will instead be using ANAIIS (which has a Freeway Clockport driver and is a LOT less of a resource hog)?

Unfortunately not. License is a part of the CPLD code and can't be extracted out of it, sorry...
However, I can recommend You to get Subway 2021 Card - these are delivered without Poseidon license and are intended to be used with ANAIIS Stack...

There is an ANAIIS driver for the Freeway Clockport so I don't see any reason why they would not work with ANAIIS. That being the case please PM postage cost for two Freeway CP units to Australia.
