Unfortunately shipping to US became a real pain in the ass - DHL asks 48€ for tracked & insured parcel:

Don't like to ship such kind of goods without insurance, so yeah, it's a bummer...
UPS might be slightly cheaper - 38€

UK is much better - 27€

EU remains pretty same - 14€

Germany - 5.49€
