Are there any differences between the differently colored Triton cards?

No difference in the function, yet latest Revision (blue PCB) hast additional short-circuit protection chips on the USB ports, so if screwed up USB stick will be plugged - fpga will be saved (however these protector chips need to be replaced then). You can see this difference here:
