PPC Amiga 4000 not an AmigaNG, so i just will plug it on the zorro Slot. I arranged my system with an IDE Sd adapter with the SD slot in the frontal part of the tower and i installed different version of AmigaOS on some industrial SD cards, i installed AmigaOS 4.1.FE too and sometimes i use it too.

Oh, i see... as much I know - PPC version of Poseidon/drivers doesn't exist. So it will probably not work on Your PPC setup. Grab Firebird (or any other PCI Daughterboard) and use Spider USB instead

i already have a spider as i have a mediator too but it works really bad, it's very slow and not compatible, moreover Spider uses DMA which is not allowed by AmigaOS 4.1FE (only the on board SCSI of the PPC), but i guessed that a Zorro III card doesn't suffer the same problem as on the official AmigaOS 4.1FE page i can read that Deneb, Subway and Highway USB Controller works ok with that AmigaOS release

Well, because of the famous BUSTER DMA bug (only one DMA card in system allowed) You don't have that problem with Freeway cards, that's for sure. This option was left for A4091 SCSI cards...

So if You want to bite the bullet and try on Your own risk - I can send You payment notification now - have some ready built cards ready for dispatch.
