"Takai desu ne." -"Jinsei da."
I was going through a few YouTube tutorials to get my Xbox360 dismantled and came to a conclusion that some of the flicks out there are just utter b*ll*cks! 
The "best" example was an X-clamp removing tutorial, where all you could see was the bloke's wrists, when he was wrestling the X-clamp off and not a single glimpse how it was actually done. Only times when the actual X-clamp was shown was, when nothing was done to it.
Other fine examples are, where the camera is so poor that it isn't able to focus on close-up and you have to guess, what's going on, or when there's not narration about what's being done. I mean sometimes a picture isn't worth a thousand words. You can see what happens but there's no context to tell why this method is the best or if there's something to take into consideration, when using this method.
I do appreciate people spending their time to document and share their knowledge but in some cases we'd just be better off without.
