Hello,
I would like to know if the atari 130XE new is a PAL one (not NTSC or SECAM) and so if the video output is S-video (not composite) ?

Hi, it's a PAL version, not sure about S-video, it was never out of the box, but PAL Atari 130XEs have TV and monitor output AFAIK.
