Plastic dust cover
For Amstrad/Schneider PC1512 keyboard.
It's a soft plastic cover, stuck between two harder plastic layers. They are probably only meant to give the softer plastic it's shape, but i've noticed that they can also be used as covers themselves.
So basically you get three for the price of one :D

It's dinensions exceed the allowed size for cheap envelope-like postage, cheapest package option to UK is 9 euro:

2kg untracked postnl: 9 euro
2kg tracked postnl: 13 euro
10kg tracked dhl: 16 euro
