can you explain why GeorgeMan parcel has not been shipped,

also please add ALL the SOLD item Prices back in as per rules.

It is obvious that from what I stated and wrote to him via Personal Message that due to PayPal (or maybe Bank Intesa) taking random time to process money I can not ship fast, unless of course I receive payment via Western Union (1 day wait time), and I even encourage using WU by giving -10% on total sum. The past half a year I started receiving in 21 days. I have made another PP account and closed the old one, maybe it will speed things up.
GeorgeMan has zero patience and doesn't trust me, and probably others (when buying things), much. If others that bought much more expensive items could wait, so can he.

I have updated the sold items topic from memory.
 
When I buy from you, I only agree to what you write on the 1st post.
Being 7 days late on shipping (remember, 7 more than the highest days count you mention), combined to late or no PM replys, of course leads me to not trust you.

If you aren't sure that you can ship within the time frame you state, then change it and next time write something like "I can ship within one month from payment". Don't blame my inpatience for that, rather than your inconsistency on what you write and what you actually do.


PS: I don't mention the ridiculous reason you said in the PM. "I don't have the money to ship so I must wait for the money transfer". Yet you bid on things you don't know what they are, on the same time.

That is a very big value complex you have about your self. If you decided to do business with some one, than endure what happens.
Don't be juvenile and search for every out of context thing you can to aid you.

I don't want to argue in public, but I feel like I have to reply to that.
I asked you clearly - Do you want a refund of your money, or do you want to wait? You decided to wait.
It is something completely normal that unexpected things can happen.

I do this purely out of hobby. I did not give you those things for less than what they sell for if my aim was pure profit.
With out any income as a student, the only way to ship is to wait for profit from sale.

Those two cards cost 1$.

Well, telling part of the truth isn't the truth, you know.

I decided to wait, when you told me that you'd ship next Tuesday to Wednesday.
Today that you gave me the tracking#, do you know what day it is? Saturday...
And guess how many answers I got from you during these days of extra delay? None.

I'm a student and do this purely out of hobby too, but I totally don't get you.
Please don't make any other personal comment for me as I didn't for you, otherwise I'll have to report your posts.

It's as clear as honest one can be: If you say "ship 7-14 days after payment", then you'll have to justify every single day that passes above that limit why didn't you sent them.
It would be OK for me if you told me "nah, I slept this morning and didn't catch up open the post office" or "I was out for a beer or two with friends and forgot to get your parcel ready", rather than slow or no answers at all.

Enough in public, I won't waste any other time to read any of your other posts here. If you want to answer to me, just PM me.

Oh and I forgot: I didn't search for every bit of context out there. I'm a frequent member on Vogons and read all the topics in that category every day. ;)

if this is the case may i suggest you amend your "7 - 14 days" to a longer period to account for your payment issues.

I have went to Belgrade to the main Bank office to talk about PayPal and money transfer. Because PayPal processing takes 3 to 4 days and Bank processing takes 5 to 7 days I have calculated that the time it takes me to ship a package is from 8 to 11 days. To prevent similar scenarios such as the one that happened recently I have increased this to 11 to 14 days.
Due to information on shipping and payment being unclear I have updated it.

Hopefully this will prevent future misunderstandings.
