Hiya!

I need to make some space so I am selling some of the cards I had bought over the years and used on my retroPC builds...
All prices are negotiable - especially if one wants more than one card. :)

Shipping for a single card is 3.5eur for EU (airmail in a padded envelope) , in case of more than one card then an exact quote will be given.
Registered/express upon request and extra cost.

Soooo... here's the list (click on thumbnails to enlarge) :

1. AGP Geforce4 MX4000 128MB - 12e

2. AGP Geforce4 MX440 64MB - 10e

3. Wavetable upgrade daughterboard for soundcards with a wavetable header - 15e sold Aacheron

4. 3com ISA 8-bit ethernet card, has RJ45 jack - 12e sold ratfink

5. PCI Fortemedia FM-801AU sound card (works on G-Rex4000 too) - 5e

6. AGP(pro) Asus GeForce256 64MB vga - 10e

7. ISA 8-bit serial - parallel I/O card - 8e sold ratfink

8. ISA Yamaha OPL soundcard + OPL4 addon - 15e sold Aacheron

9. ISA 8-bit HDD BIOS addon, AFAIK makes XT machines recognize up to 8GB HDDs - 10e sold ratfink

10. ISA SoundBlaster 16 WavEffects CT4170 - 5e

11. PCI Turtle Beach Santa Cruz sound card - 10e sold Aacheron
warning: use ONLY turtle beach driver, as the card has an eeprom and a generic driver will reflash it and cause the extended features to disappear with no way to turn it back

12. VLB I/O card (ide/floppy/ports) - 10e sold to Murugan

13. VLB vga 1MB - 10e

14. ISA SoundBlaster AWE64 - 6e

15. ISA SoundBlaster 16 PnP (HP Sonate) CT2970 - 7e

Thanks for looking!

Hiiii ! Hi again keropi, I'm back (for a while only :( work, kids and wife stole my time). I'm interested on your PCI Turtle Beach Santa Cruz sound card, Wavetable upgrade daughterboard for soundcards with a wavetable header and ISA Yamaha OPL soundcard + OPL4 addon ...

Declaring intrest in item 12 VLB I/O card but I'm gonna check my 486 mainboard as soon as I get home this afternoon. I don't know for sure this one still got a VLB.

interested in the 3com nic and 8bit hdd bios addon board [hmm maybe that 8bit io card too]

+ Interesting about the turtle beach driver - I know I had one that just seemed to die when I was trying to install it, the TB driver kept reporting a problem. Could that have been caused by a previous driver then?

^ regarding driver:

there is another card that has the same layout as Santa Cruz )can't remember which, only remember the box had lightning) and was marketed towards gamers due to both of them supporting EAX1 and 2. The other card though lacks special features as DVD DTS Playback for example. I remember reading that both cards have some small eeprom onboard. Once you used the "gaming" driver on a Santa Cruz that eeprom gets corrupted and you are stuck with using it forever. The true Santa Cruz driver will no longer work and you lose those special features... it was enough to scare me LOL and test my card again. Santa Cruz driver works fine and I put 2 stickers on the card so I don't forget this detail
The SC drivers/docs are located here btw: http://www.turtlebeach.com/support/files/83/

also sending PM regarding the cards you are interested in :)

both payments received, thank you gents :) will post your packages either tomorrow or Monday (depends on work schedule...) :)

Magnifico! I'm taking notes on the issue of the Turtle Beach not original driver... I've plans for this beauty sound card. Thanks keropi!

I've found this warning in TB website :
Santa Cruz - FAQs

Drivers - SonicFury - Videologic
WARNING!

If you own the Retail Santa Cruz product, please do NOT attempt to install
the "SonicFury" drivers unless you are planning to use in the future only
the "SonicFury" drivers for this board. If later on you decide to revert to
the Turtle Beach drivers, the SoundCheck utility that comes with the Santa
Cruz will always fail and there is no remedy.

SonicFury is the Santa Cruz branded name in the UK by Videologic and this
product is NOT supported by Turtle Beach.

Please note, that by Installing the "SonicFury" or any NON Turtle Beach
drivers, your Santa Cruz Warranty has automatically been voided.

@sprcorreia
correct!!!! thanks for the reminder!

and aacheron found the warning I was remembering... double correct! :)
