4.) 3K= RAM1,2,3: $0400-$0FFF (1024-4095)
5.) 8K= BLK5: $A000-$BFFF (40960-49151)
6.) ON= BLK5 write protected
7.) 2K= I/O2,3: $9800-$9FFF (38912-40959)
8.) ON= enable expansion cartridge
