the rush is untested and the banshee worked when last used but the fan could use oil/new bearings.

Cards received today. Both tested working OK. The fan on the Banshee is nowhere near as bad as I expected - in fact it's much quieter than the one on my GF2GTS. The Rush is very picky about what PCI slot it will work in, at least on the i815 motherboard I tested with.

Yeah the rush are very picky cards with pci buss speeds and latency.
keep the bus speed as close to 33mhz and it should do fine. The voodoo1 has similar problems.
