Hi,

looking for any of those Bridgeboards for my Amiga 2000, can be with/without FPU and with/without RAM.
Ideally it should be in full working condition and tested.
Shipping would be to Germany or Switzerland, whatever is easier for you.

Sorry needed to change....only looking for the 486 boards, I found out there is a small hardware difference on the 386 board ( in case anyone is looking into this: the 386 cant be upgraded to 486, Vortex implemented a check to prevent that ).
Still looking as the PM was for a 386.

You are mistaken. GG386 can be upgraded and just need a patched lib to accept the GG386 with a 486SLC cpu.
Mine is currently on its way to have cpu swaped.

I can verify I got my Vortex 386 ungraded to 486 as well. I will say I think there is some software mods that must be done as well.

Please confirm which CPU's your GG386 has been upgraded with.

468SLC2 50mhz but I have since sold the card. Tristan Zondag did the upgrade for me.

@Dale423 @Xanxi Do you have any information on the patched library, where to find it or what to patch? Yes that might be possible. It seems in the 386 one of the GALs holds some basic version information that the software is polling, so either fixing the GAL or patching the software could work.

Here is what I got from the person that upgraded my card. I’ll have to look and see if I made an image of the patched floppy.

It will need a patched goldengate disk, a util to enable the clock doubling, and a fan, all of which I'll include except for mounting the fan which end user has to do.

Here are the files I have. The "Makeit486" files are the doubler files. The ADF I believe is the patched one.. Not 100% sure.

You can put any Cyrix or TI 486SLC or SLC2.
