@ Harrison

I have been looking forward to SWOTOR but is this online only? Might have read this wrong on a review

Well I have just finished Dead Island and Supreme Commander 2 on the PeeCee so just got RAGE and SKYRIM left so I think I am sorted till just after christmas... Must start back on my Amiga projects so I can play some classics! Never enough time!

Looking forward to restarting Skyrim on the PC. I do hear some people losing saves, after 40-50 hours to lose a save is a no no for me so I am waiting for a couple more patches lol just in case. I know you can always back them up but sods law one day you will forget and BAM. Ends in tears

@ Jimbo1979

Well I have heard someone mention that about Skyrim! Thats why I have been waiting but I am itching to play it and have some time to spare over christmas :D

I have fallen foul to forgetting to save games regulaly many a time... Having to go back over stuff already done is so disheartening, let alone if its the games fault!

Really need Diablo III to hurry up... Been waiting too many years for this game and still putting too many hours into Diablo II

Serious Sam BFE is very nice! Like an old school 3Dfps :D
Anyone that enjoyed the previous games will seriously enjoy this one too!

@ Amiga Forever

haha... Yep totally agree that why I played on medium... and I did struggle on that at times. I recently tried to play the first Supreme commander which is alot harder, even on medium, and each mission goes on forever. Good games though and can pass away the hours.

@ keropi

Was looking at Serious sam 3 as the others are mucho fun! just midless shooting... Amazing! :D Is it worth the money?

@ Amiga Forever

Agreed now they were good games... Command and conquer's. Oh apart from the last one which was totally pants!

Command and conquer 4? That Suck Big Time....

There going be new Video of Command and conquer on DEC 10 and I hoping it is GENERAL 2:D

Managed to get Sonic Generations (PS3) for only £16 from Morrisons... I'm currently playing through the classic sonic mode and i'm actually enjoying it! It's much better than all the other Sonic garbage released over the last few years (the last good Sonic game IMO was on the Dreamcast, but nothing beats the Mega Drive versions :)).

Yes it is an online only MMORPG with monthly subscriptions.

It is the spiritual sequel to KOTOR 1 and 2, but set a few hundred years later, and the gameplay is very similar. And unlike most MMOs it is not a constant grinding boredom to harvest money and items. This game really does play much like the KOTOR games with proper stories progressing the game using instanced events that each player gets to play individually, such as speaking to NPCs within a mission, watching events unfold to progress your character's story etc... Very nicely done. And a nice touch is to allow other people in your current party to enter your own instanced events so they can play along and watch the cut scenes too, which is a nice feature, and good if you are playing with others that have different character types, so you can each get to see some events other character types have without having to play as them yourself.

If you have ever played Guildwars you might get a bit of an idea as it does a lot of things in a similar way, although I prefer SWTOR because in GW when you left a town you entered an instanced world that only contained yourself and your party members, so could not interact with anyone else. In SWTOR you are always in the whole game world with all other players on the same server so can party up with people you bump into whilst exploring or during a mission, so it feels a lot more realistic in that regard.

Battlefield 3 on PS3
Forza 4 on 360
Deus Ex on PC
1200 in pieces atm

blood and glory on my Galaxy S2

keeps me busy I guess :D

Gentlemen, i am amazed to see how much time you have to play games. I am lacking free time due to my work commitments, as far as i am concerned. Even when i have a few unused hours, me playing games really upsets my wife, who compares me to her 10 yers old nephew and his Nintendo DS glued in his hands.
Actually, i am playing these days Monkey Island 2 on my A1200. I have started two years ago to replay some amiga games to the end in about a month, by slice of 10 minutes late in the night. And eventually i play a game of PES 2012 online from time to time but i am just fed up to see the FC Barcelona against me.
I would also love to play Skyrim on my PC, as a big fan of Elder Scrolls, and Batman Dark City, but this just have to wait.

OOOh now I am intrested! I like C&C generals... Its been too long since the last one tbh

@Harrison: Thanks for letting me know about that... I loved KOTOR games! Which suprised me as I dont usually like turn based stuff. Do you know what the subscription charges are yet?

@ keropi: Sounds like my kinda fun... Thanks will look into getting it soon
