Appears to look like it's out of phase on post, or like a burn on a monitor in bios. Check the pics!
It's something I've never seen before. Same issue with any ISA graphics card on any slot. Haven't tried PCI graphics cards yet.
Battery has leaked but it's not widespread.
What could it be?
Edit: Oh it works fine with a PCI card. Tried several other ISA card and they all have some kind of low contrast burnt out effect.
