So, what is everyones thoughts on online stores that have a differing image to the description of the product?

I would like to present the following webpage:

https://retro8bitshop.com/product/ic-81-dmac-390563-02/

So, the item description is for the DMAC (A590/A2091), but the image is from the A3k DMAC (and just saw one go for $<Snip>US on eBay).

I know that the price should be a dead giveaway that it's not a Super DMAC, but what would be reasonable in this situation?

I have reached out to the store noting that I wasn't going to dispute my purchase, but that there was a discrepancy with the image/description, but haven't had any response from them.

Well they got me too Bruce, I saw the pic and ordered a couple and I got what you received. They really need to have a little more detail in what they are posting.

Glad I'm not the only one out there who makes these mistakes... lol

But the lack of response to the email requesting it be corrected is what "irks" me.

They charged me EUR 30,25 for a bubble wrapped envelope from Netherlands to Austria that took 12 days. Ouch.

EDIT: Since I left a so-so trustpilot feedback today, they a.) answered to it and b.) got in touch with me. It seems that one of the ordered items an item had no shipping costs set and then their system automatically calculates the highest shipping rate. They usually notic that and change it manually, in my case something went wrong and they promised me 50% refund of the shipping costs.
I will edit my trustpilot-feedback as soon as the refund arrived but yeah, they do answer mails!
