What's happening over at Lookbehind you

Anybody else had no luck getting any reply from the Lookbehindyou team ? I order the Settlers 2 (Sept I think) but still not got it so logged into my account only to find I no longer have an order history with them ( I have bought a lot of books with them before) it just come up with a page called The End. So I replied to the email I was sent confirming the order, cc'd info@lookbehindyou and also used their web contact form on the site, nothing back... now this was well before the break so really surprised this happening.

With over 3 months passing, it's time for you to stop chasing them.

Your next port of call is with your credit card company or to open up a PayPal dispute for goods not received.

So looking at the website details @miggymad has kindly provided. There is an address as well as a Telephone number.
Maybe worth trying to phone them?

you can try to reach them by phone indeed (and filing paypal complaint always a good idea, as it takes time)

I have phoned a few times now., no answer and no update to my emails and webnotes. I did get a pm from another member here and they said the premier edition is on hold but they got their normal physical copy. They also sent me a different email to try so I'll follow up on that and hope to get the game.

I can't even see my past orders now, it just goes to a page with THE END on it , it's like my account is corrupted.

Happy to report all is well again, got an apology from Nico today and the order has been shipped as well. Really looking forward to playing the Settlers 2 and also know that Lookbehindyou are still a great company ;-)

I know that around Christmas, I was looking to purchase their AmigaOS 3.2 Reference Manual book (great book by the way!) with the hopes of getting a PDF version that I could read and reference on my digital devices, but noticed that they do not even have the U.S. in their store system (why did all of Commodore and Amiga have to move over seas, lol?!). So I ended up purchasing a copy from Amiga On The Lake instead with the hopes I would get that PDF that way instead. No such luck. I reached out to Nico at Look Behind You, and provided a receipt to show proof of purchase. Nico was kind enough to provide a PDF copy for me a few days later. I would certainly do business with Nico again (once all the U.S. stuff gets sorted). Jeff and Jamie at AOTL are awesome as well!

Never had any issues with them, ordered books and recent Settlers. Once a book did not come (was lost by post), and Nico re-send another copy.

We are writing today to provide an update on the delivery of your Collector's Edition of The Settlers II Gold Edition for Amiga.

First, the good news: production is complete and the wooden boxes are ready. Now for the bad news: we are currently waiting to receive the goods, which are currently delayed due to blockades at the EU border.

Specifically, truck drivers from the Western Balkans have been blocking border crossings and freight terminals for several days in protest against new EU entry regulations. As our production partner is manufacturing in Serbia-Montenegro, our delivery is also affected by this situation.
